Coaching means partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. It is a process whereby a person is invited to (re)discover him or herself and grow and manifest his or her full potential. ​ With the help of a professional Coach who is certified and experienced, you will be challenged to broaden your comfort zone and establish new objectives in your life, be it professionally or personally.

Team Coaching

Elevate team performance and collaboration.

Team Coaching is a process of co-creation, development and transformation within a Team, in a confidential space where trust exists and the willingness to reach a common goal and results.

 

Our methodology is:

1. Clarifying the current situation and the desired situation for that team. Where are we today and where what do we want to reach What are the qualities and roles of each team member individually and on the whole: Current and to be developed What are the habits and rituals that exist and that need to be created

2. Co-generating alternatives and defining an Action Plan Based on the previous diagnosis and on the support culture created within the team, alternative options are stimulated and an Action Plan is designed, with specific indicators that will allow us to measure the progress of the team.

We may use tools like: The Belbin Team Inventory or the DiSC Assessment

The professional support you need to move forward...

Sometimes couples need to stop and communicate. With a professional Couple Coach, the two parties can learn to listen to each other and go deeper, clarify their intentions and their values and make joint decisions. The Coaching process not only allows couples to get to know each other better, but also helps them to see beyond their own individual perspectives. By gaining a common view of reality, couples are empowered to be more responsible for the relationship they currently have and for co creating the one they wish to have, step by step.

Walk & Talk COACHING

Many people feel more comfortable having deep and insightful conversations while walking. Doing so in a focused and mindful manner can be extremely effective. There are many potential advantages to Coaching outside, walking, than in a closed room. On the one hand, moving your body is good to boost your energy and vitality and, on the other hand, it allows you to be more at easy and relaxed, thus enabling you to access other states of thought and emotion that can contribute to your discernment abilities and decision making. 

The locations may be arranged according to the clients preferences and the coach's availability.

Online Coaching

Coaching at a distance follows exactly the same principles and rules as face-to-face coaching. It is done live, in real time, using one of the collaboration tools available and safe for both the coach and the client, such as Skype or Zoom.  The advantages of using this approach are both economic and time saving. You can be in the comfort of your home or office and, as long as you can assure a quiet and confidential space, you are set to go.   

Through the process of coaching, people deepen their Self-awareness and improve their quality of life, mindfully.

In each session, the agenda is set by the client and the Coach’s role is essentially to listen ask questions, creating clarity

and moving the client into action.

Coaching accelerates the client's progress by providing greater focus

and awareness of choice.
